Fringe Benefit Administration
At the Oregon-Columbia Chapter of NECA, we work closely with our labor partners and trust fund offices to ensure seamless and compliant fringe benefit administration for all signatory contractors and their employees.
Fringe benefits—such as health insurance, pension contributions, vacation funds, and apprenticeship training support—are negotiated through Collective Bargaining Agreements and play a vital role in maintaining the strength and sustainability of the union electrical industry.
Our chapter supports:
Accurate Reporting & Remittance: Helping contractors meet reporting obligations and avoid compliance issues.
Education & Support: Guiding members through fringe benefit responsibilities and best practices.
Trust Fund Coordination: Working alongside third-party administrators and trustees to safeguard benefit integrity.
