- Education Fund Support: Receive funds for educational opportunities, conferences, and more. Get a first year $1,000 credit when you join NECA. After the first year, you get a percentage of the total education fund, based on the average of the total hours your company worked.

Fringe Benefit Administration
At the Oregon-Columbia Chapter of NECA, we work closely with our labor partners and trust fund offices to ensure seamless and compliant fringe benefit administration for all signatory contractors and their employees.
