    We’re excited to welcome Samantha Soto as the newest addition to our team! Samantha joins us as Director of Labor Relations, bringing just under a decade of experience in the unionized electrical construction industry.

    Her background includes ERISA trust fund administration, association leadership, and labor relations — all rooted in a strong commitment to fostering collaboration between union partners and contractors. Samantha is passionate about building competitive, future-ready solutions for the electrical industry, grounded in transparency and trust.

    Outside of work, you’ll likely find her exploring new restaurants, backpacking, playing sports (especially golf), or planning her next adventure.

  • Mark Walter Nominated for NECA President

    Mark Walter Nominated for NECA President

    We’re proud to announce that Mark Walter of Christenson Electric has been officially nominated by the NECA Executive Committee for President of the National Electrical Contractors Association—a tremendous honor and milestone for our chapter and industry.

    This nomination, made under Article 8.3(b) of the National Bylaws, reflects Mark’s exceptional leadership, deep industry expertise, and long-standing dedication to the electrical contracting community.

    Mark’s nomination will be voted on by NECA Governors at the annual meeting in Chicago this September. Stay tuned for details about a special reception for Mark during the NECA National Convention.
