Brad Wagner

Board Director

Brad Wagner is the Operations Vice President at EC Electric, where he plays a key leadership role in guiding the company’s operational strategy, supporting expansion efforts, and fostering cross-departmental collaboration. Based in Portland, OR, he works closely with teams across the organization to support EC’s rapid growth into new regions and ensure operational excellence.

An Oregon State University graduate with a degree in Construction Engineering Management (CEM), Class of 2011, Brad Wagner began his career at EC Electric as a college intern—a foundation that has shaped his strong technical background and deep understanding of EC’s culture, field operations, and people.

Over his tenure, he has continued to expand his influence and leadership responsibilities, communicating regularly with teams company-wide. His communications often support enterprise initiatives such as workforce planning, employee engagement, and multi-state expansion efforts.

In addition to his core responsibilities, he serves as the Oregon-Columbia NECA Accredited Representative for EC Electric, where he provides thoughtful leadership and industry insight. He also actively supports the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
