
Rob Fandrey
Associate Board Director
Rob Fandrey is an accomplished executive and technology infrastructure leader with more than 30 years of experience delivering complex, large-scale solutions for global enterprise clients. He has served as the primary executive lead for major commercial accounts, guiding client relationships from early engagement through mature, multi-region partnerships. His leadership has encompassed strategic planning, design oversight, and project execution across the United States, Canada, China, and Europe, supporting major corporate campuses, manufacturing facilities, and office environments.
Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Oregon State University and has been a Registered Communications Distribution Design Professional (BICSI RCDD) since 2003, along with multiple additional design and installation certifications.
His career progression spans hands-on field experience as a licensed technician to his current role as Vice President and Division Manager of Cache Valley Electric’s Portland Systems Integration Division, where he has been a key leader for more than 23 years. In this role, Rob leads teams with a strong emphasis on employee engagement and customer satisfaction while driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and long-term client partnerships.
Rob remains actively involved in industry leadership and advocacy. He has served as Past President of the Federal Electrical Contractors Association – Advanced Technology Group (FEC/ATG) and has represented Cache Valley Electric within the organization since 2008. He is also engaged with the Oregon NECA Columbia Chapter, serving on the Government Affairs Committee and currently holding a position as an associate board member.
