Oregon Paid Family Medical Leave is beginning in 2023 and employers should begin understanding their compliance obligations now. In this presentation, Barran Liebman partner Nicole Elgin will provide an overview of leave administration, with a focus on the differentiation between Oregon Paid Sick Leave Law and Oregon Paid Family Leave.  By helping employers identify the key differences between these types of leave, this discussion will guide employers in making sure their leave administration processes are accurate and reliable.
